When you picture the worst leaders you know, what do they have in common? They likely lacked courage. Courage to be kind, courage to be transparent, courage to admit when they were wrong, courage to say no when necessary. In a post Pandemic world, more than ever we need leaders who are unafraid to challenge the status quo, who are willing to put the mental and emotional health of their employees before profits. Courageous leaders are not immune to fear- they feel the fear and do it anyway. How do you become such a leader? Join us to hear candid stories of courage, play with experiential breakout activities and learn ways you can cultivate more courage in your life and work.
